Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings (including hoops, studs, and ear cuffs)
• Personalized or engraved jewellery
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the new item costs more, the price difference will need to be paid before shipping.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
